How to purchase items and submit parcel through KameyMall?

Step 1: Selecting the Items
Method 1:
Find the desired item on platforms such as Taobao/Tamll/JD/Weidian/1688/Xianyu/Yupoo, copy the link, and paste the item URL into the search bar.

Method 2:
Search for the product name in the KameyMall search bar and from the recommended items from platforms such as Taobao,Tmall, JD, Weidian,1688, Xianyu, Yupoo, etc.

Method 3:
Click on the image button on the right side of the search bar in KameyMall to upload an image for search, and select the recommended products from platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD, Weidian, 1688, Xianyu, Yupoo, etc.

Step 2: Submit purchase order
Method 1:
KameyMall supports the retrieval of information for products from platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, JD, Weidian, 1688, Xianyu, Yupoo, etc. You can directly select the product color, size, and quantity, and click on "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".

Method 2:
When purchasing items from platforms, if you encounter a "Fill in the Purchase Order" page, you need to independently fill in the item order information and then click on "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".

Step 3: Pay for the items
Submit the purchase order, select the payment method, and pay for the item price and domestic shipping fee. At the same time, you can use K-coins to offset up to 5% of the total product amount.

Tips:
We support multi-currency payments in foreign currency, and payment methods include PayPal, international credit cards, WeChat, Alipay, domestic bank cards, and bank transfers. Fill in the destination country and note your purchase requirements. If you require value-added services, you can select the corresponding service, verify that there are no errors, and then submit the order.

KameyMall will assist you in purchasing the products on your behalf.

During the order purchasing process, you can contact the personal shopper through "Order Consultation" to provide additional details or requirements. If necessary, we will contact you through internal messages, email, online customer service, or other means to complete or confirm the information.

Step 5 Verification and Storage by KameyMall:
We will verify and weigh the received products, and store them in our warehouse. Once the products are stored, they will be displayed in "My Warehouse" .

Tips:
Upon receiving and storing your items, we conduct a rigorous and professional inspection, capturing image evidence for your review. Any discrepancies identified are promptly communicated to you, and we actively assist in resolving them.

Subsequently, you may choose to acquire more items for consolidated packaging or proceed to dispatch the stored items overseas. Our warehouse offers complimentary storage for 90 days, enabling you to accumulate more items for cost-effective international shipping.

Step 6: Submitting and Paying for the Package
In "My Warehouse," select the items, submit the package, and provide the recipient's overseas address. Additionally, you can utilize K-coins to offset up to 5% of the shipping fees.

Method 1: Estimated Package Cost
The international shipping deposit is calculated based on the estimated weight of the items, chosen shipping method, and destination. The final shipping cost is determined by the carrier's assessment of the package's volume and weight. Any remaining balance from the deposit will be refunded to your KameyMall account after shipment.

Method 2: Rehearsal
Submit the package for a rehearsal, and within 1-2 business days, our staff will pack, weigh, recommend a shipping route, and provide a bill. You can make the actual payment based on the selected route and the billed amount.

Tips
Certain items are subject to shipping restrictions, and not all logistics routes are available. We create viable delivery methods for you to choose from. Valued-add services like de-packaging, reinforcement, and insurance are available upon request.

Step 7: KameyMall Shipping
Goods are consolidated, packages reinforced, weighed, and dispatched. Track the logistics information in "My Packages" post-shipment.

Step 8: Await Delivery
Monitor the logistics trajectory and delivery progress in the package list.

Step 9: Receipt & Review
Upon receiving the package, confirm the receipt in "My KameyMall"-"My Parcel" to earn equivalent growth points and K-coins. These can be used to offset shipping costs or product purchases. For any concerns, submit an after-sales application in the respective package order.
