On January 28, 2025, China welcomes its biggest festival—Spring Festival. Since this year's Spring Festival arrives earlier than usual, most merchants have started their Spring Festival holidays this week. During the holiday period, the majority of merchants will not accept returns or exchanges for their products. Additionally, many merchants have entered a non-returnable state for orders placed from now on. Only orders placed after the merchants resume work (expected to be on February 6, 2025) will be eligible for returns and exchanges.

If you have a purchase need in the near future, please contact the merchant in advance to communicate whether returns and exchanges are possible, and when the merchant will be on holiday. Also, please inform our customer service of this information so that our procurement staff can promptly understand the relevant details when making purchases and handle your order as soon as possible.

Starting next week, a large number of merchants will begin their holidays. During this period, merchants will not ship orders or provide after-sales service (i.e., no return or exchange service), so please place your orders as soon as possible if you have any purchasing needs
