Dear Valued Customer,
We are writing to inform you of the latest adjustments to the logistics policies for shipments to the United States:
According to media reports in the United States, the President of the United States signed an executive order on February 1, imposing an additional 10% tariff on goods imported from China and repealing the tax-free policy for goods valued at less than $800. This policy came into effect on February 4.
As a result of this policy, your packages arriving in the United States from China will be subject to a minimum tariff of 10%. The logistics provider has issued the following updated requirements:
1.All express shipments to the United States must include the HS CODE (Harmonized System Code for U.S. Customs).
2.For shipments with a declared value of ≥$250:
- Individual recipients must provide their SSN (Social Security Number).
- Corporate recipients must provide their EIN (Employer Identification Number).
3.All goods declarations, regardless of value, may be subject to tariffs. Under-declaration may lead to the customs authorities not recognizing the declared value, which could result in issues such as seizure of goods or fines. Please note that any detention of goods, tariff charges, and customs clearance processing resulting from changes in customs policies will be the responsibility of the recipient. Our company will not provide any compensation. If the recipient refuses to pay the tariffs, leading to the return of the package, the related return fees and tariff charges will be reimbursed based on the official invoice, with no liability for compensation on our part.
In light of the above situation, we have actively communicated with the logistics provider. The logistics provider suggests suspending package delivery for two days to observe the overall environmental changes. Currently, the "SG-FedEx" and "MYFEDEX-F" routes have not been affected by this policy change, and you may continue to use these routes for shipping.
From now on, our company will arrange for customer service to contact you before purchasing orders expected to be shipped to the United States and before shipping packages to the U.S. route. We will confirm the tariff-related matters with you before proceeding with the purchase and shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have already submitted packages to be shipped to the United States, please pay attention to the customer service information promptly, as we will communicate the latest status of your packages with you. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service at any time.
We will continue to closely monitor the policy changes and promptly convey the latest updates to you through website announcements and customer service messages. Thank you for your trust and support. We remain committed to serving you with dedication!
