Article 1 In accordance with the "Kameymall International Platform Rules", in order to regulate the behavior of sellers, protect the legitimate rights and interests of sellers, and maintain the order of Kameymall's marketing activities, these rules are hereby formulated.
Article 2 This rule applies to all marketing activities organized or initiated by Kameymall (including marketing channels, website industry or activities organized in featured regions).
Article 3 Kameymall.com sellers can participate in marketing activities if they meet the following conditions:
Article 4 In addition to the above conditions, in selecting any seller to participate in any marketing campaign, Kameymall.com will, in accordance with its overall strategy for any particular marketing campaign, Give priority to sellers who believe they can provide better service to buyers (some of the evaluation criteria include, but are not limited to, suitability for sellers based on the nature of marketing activities, buyer's requirements, and seller's integrity, contract performance, service guarantee, etc.).
Article 5 In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules, Kameymall.com may impose additional participation requirements on any of its industry or specialty marketing activities, and Seller shall be bound by such requirements.
Article 6 All documents and information provided by Seller pursuant to any participation request (including but not limited to its qualifications, product details, etc.) shall be true, valid and not in violation of any national laws and rules of Kameymall.com.
Article 7 When participating in any marketing activity of Kameymall.com, all sellers shall abide by the terms of these rules and the marketing activity agreement (if any) signed with Kameymall.com. If the seller violates any of the following rules or violates any of the terms of the marketing agreement, Kameymall will take the following measures:
Article 8 Although the seller has successfully signed up for a marketing campaign, if Kameymall.com subsequently finds that the seller behaves abnormally or violates any rules (including but not limited to infringement, fraud, false transactions, money laundering, etc.), whether before or in progress (including but not limited to product release, transaction performance, dispute resolution, self-marketing activities, integrity management, etc.). Kameymall.com shall reserve the right to unilaterally revoke seller's participation, or cancel seller's right to participate in marketing activities or obtain any related benefits, and may further restrict seller's temporary or permanent registration of any major annual or regular events organized by Kameymall.com (including, but not limited to, top advertising space, online industrial marketing campaigns, special marketing channel activities), depending on the severity of the violation.
Article 9 In addition to these rules, Kameymall will constantly revise and supplement any rules related to the implementation, or special rules related to the industry, special marketing activities, etc. Matters not covered by these rules shall be handled according to the special rules.
Article 10 These rules shall come into force upon the expiration of the publicity period. In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency or conflict between the Chinese version of these Rules and the non-Chinese version of these Rules, the Chinese version shall prevail.
