Chapter I Overview
Article 1 [Purpose]
In order to build a new business model that is open, transparent, shared and responsible, protect the legitimate rights and interests of users of Kameymall, and create and maintain a harmonious business environment, this general rule is hereby formulated.
Article 2 [Scope of Application]
These Rules apply to the Users who use the products or services of Kameymall.com (“Services”).
Article 3 [Principles of Application]
The same rules apply to all users of Kameymall.com. Users shall follow the principles of honesty and fairness in exercising their rights and performing their obligations in accordance with these Rules.
Any user's behavior on Kameymall.com shall not violate the mandatory laws of the country or region where the user is located, and shall not violate basic social morality, religious ethics and customs.
Article 4 [Rules System and Effect]
The rules system of Kameymall.com consists of general rules, special rules (including industry standards and specifications), implementing rules and announcements from time to time.
Where matters provided for in the general Provisions are not provided for in other provisions, the general provisions shall apply; Matters not provided for in the General Provisions but which are specifically provided for or are provided for in public announcements from time to time shall be governed by such provisions; Matters not covered by the rules of Kamermall shall be governed by relevant laws or user agreements.
Article 5 [Procedures]
These rules will be formulated or revised in time in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and the needs of the ecological development of the Kameymall, and will be publicized on the channel page of the rules of the Kameymall, and will take effect after the expiration of the period of validity. Article 6 [No Retrospective Effect]
Any act of a Member shall be governed by these Rules unless it occurs prior to the entry into force or amendment of these Rules, in which case it shall be governed by the rules then in force.
Chapter II Code of Conduct for Members
Section 1 Account Registration and Use

Article 8 [Registration Specification] Members shall register an account in their own name on Kameymall.com and shall not:
Article 9 [Multiple Accounts] any member may apply for registration of multiple accounts with the consent of Kameymall due to reasonable and normal business needs; However, any member shall not use multiple accounts to evade the normal market control of Kameymall.com or conduct acts that violate the principle of good faith or damage the legitimate rights and interests of other members.
Article 10 [Account Use] The member shall keep the account number and password properly. Any act conducted through any account registered by any Member and any password set up by any member shall be deemed to be the act of such Member and the corresponding responsibility and consequences shall be borne by such Member.
Article 11[Account Transfer] Each account can only be used by the member of that account. No Member may transfer, lend or authorize any third party to use its account without the prior review and consent of Kameymall.com.
Article 12 [Improper Registration] Members shall not use software, programs or other fraudulent means to register accounts that interfere with the proper operation of Kameymall.com (hereinafter referred to as "Improper Registration"). For accounts registered through "improper registration," Kameymall.com will take control measures such as login restrictions, additional authentication, limited use of product features, or even cancellation, depending on the extent of the damage.
Article 13 [Account Security] in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of members, once Kameymall.com discovers (or has reason to suspect that any possible) account operation has abnormal data activities or potential security risks, including, but not limited to, abnormal IP addresses, information disclosure, information crawling, illegal use of information, and other situations that may endanger the interests of members or platforms, Mall reserves the right to refuse to provide corresponding services and / or take control measures on related accounts.
Section 2 Information Publishing
Article 14 [Content] The information content posted by a Member on KMAY Mall shall comply with the laws and regulations of the country, region and jurisdiction where the member is located, the requirements of the local regulatory authorities, and the management rules of Kameymall regarding the release of information. For specific rules, see "Enforcement Actions for Display of Prohibited and Controlled Substances," "Enforcement Actions for Intellectual Property Infringement Claims on Kameymall.com," "Rules for Resolving Image Piracy Complaints," "Rules for Handling Unauthorized Use of Third Parties," information, and more.
Article 15 [Conduct] Members shall release information in accordance with the relevant information release rules of Kami Mall and the requirements of information release product operation standards. For specific rules, see Product Information Filling Rules, Company Information Filling Rules, Rules for Handling Improper Product Release Violations, and specific Industry Information Releasing rules.
Section 3 Trading
Article 16 [Online Trading] Kameymall encourages members (buyers and sellers) to conduct online cross-border transactions (hereinafter referred to as "online transactions") through the online trading system and related technical services provided by Kameymall. When conducting such online transactions, the buyer and the Seller shall abide by relevant agreements such as Kameymall.com transaction service agreement, Kameymall.com supplementary service agreement and Kameymall.com trading rules. If the buyer and the seller choose to use the transaction security service, they shall also comply with the provisions of the rules on transaction security services relating to the transaction.
Article 17 [Integrity performance] in order to maintain the good faith trading environment of Kameymall and maintain the healthy and orderly market order of Kameymall, Kameymall has the right to deal with false transactions, abnormal performance, false performance and other violations of the principle of good faith. Kameymall.com will control and punish the offending accounts based on the information obtained by members through verification or reporting, and reserves the right to recover the profits improperly obtained from the offending accounts and the losses suffered by the website.
Article 18 [Disputes Mediation ] In case of any dispute or dispute arising from the online transaction, both parties shall first settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If the parties fail to reach agreement through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute or dispute to the Kameymall for dispute mediation. Kameymall.com will decide whether to accept or not, and if so, make a conciliation decision in accordance with the "Kameymall.com Transaction Dispute Rules".
Article 19 [Offline Disputes] if buyers and sellers contact via Kameymall.com, and select by traditional way of offline cross-border transactions, rather than through the website of online trading systems and technical services for online trading, and if the resulting controversy or dispute, shall be settled through consultation or other dispute resolution, Kameymall.com will not accept applications for offline dispute mediation, seller's failure to deliver goods after receipt of payment, sale of goods of very poor quality, buyer's failure to pay after receipt of goods) in the above offline transaction activities unless there is evidence of fraud by either party to the transaction (for example).
Section 4 Marketing

Section 5 Comments
Article 21 Members, as buyers and sellers, have the right to express their opinions based on practical experience after the completion of the transaction. Section 6 Industry-Specific Market

Chapter 3 Violations and Punishments
Section 1 General Rules
Article 23 [Basic Rules]The Mall has the right to take control measures or punishment measures against the member products, mini websites or accounts that violate the rules according to these rules or other relevant penalty rules. Kameymall.com's controls or penalties apply to all members. Under certain circumstances set out in certain rules, offending members may attend courses and examinations to mitigate or waive penalties.
Article 24 [Punishment method] Kameymall.com adopts two punishment methods according to the type of violation, namely, cumulative points penalty and cumulative times score penalty. Members shall be punished when their accumulated points deducted or the number of accumulated violations reaches a certain threshold. For more information, please refer to the "Rules of Law Enforcement Actions against Kameymall.com Non-Compliance."
Article 25 [Period of Validity] The cumulative penalty points and cumulative times are calculated by year. Each penalty and violation will be recorded for 365 days. Any demerit points and any violation relating to a Member will be cleared one year after the date of the demerit or occurrence, unless a serious intellectual property infringement has occurred when the Member's account was closed for more than 48 or more than three times the demerit points.
Article 26 [Punishment measures] The general punishment measures taken by the mall for the offending members include serious warning, removal, deletion, demoting, restriction and account closure, etc. If other special rules of the mall have special provisions on the identification and identification of members, the special provisions shall apply to the treatment of users or members' violations.
A serious warning means that Kameymall.com warns or warns the user by phone, text message, or email that the user's behavior constitutes a violation and should be corrected immediately.
Being on the shelf means that any released product is changed to the product to be released. After the goods are on the shelves, members can still carry out rectification and reform. After the rectification is completed, it can be released again.
Delete means to delete the illegal information completely, and the member cannot modify it after deletion.
Downgrade refers to putting the search, display and ranking results of product information published by users in a secondary position.
Restrictions are the blocking of product search results and information on mini-sites, the restriction of members' use of various products or features on Kameymall.com, and the restriction of members' participation in various marketing and promotional activities on Kameymall.com. Service charges (if any) for restricted members during the restricted period will be calculated as usual and the service period will not be extended.
Closing the account means that Kameymall.com stops providing any services to members and, in some cases, does not refund service fees.
Article 27 [Related Penalties] A Member shall comply with the rules and systems of Kameymall and the Member when using any of Kameymall's services, and shall comply with the rules, systems, procedures, commitments related to the services, etc. If a member's account is closed due to a violation of various agreements signed by Kameymall.com, Kameymall.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close other accounts registered by the member and all losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the member.
Article 28 [Appeal] Members can appeal the control measures or punitive measures taken by Kameymall.com, and Kameymall.com can provide an online channel to appeal penalties under appropriate circumstances. Members should appeal and submit evidence within the specified time.
If the appeal is successful, the control or punishment measures will be revoked. If no appeal is made within the time limit or the appeal fails, the control measures or penalty measures shall be maintained.
Section 2 Types of Violations and Punishments
Article 29 [Release of Illegal Information] Members who release information in violation of these Rules will be punished in accordance with the "Rules for Handling Illegal Release of Commodities", "Rules for Handling Complaint of Picture Piracy" and "Rules" for unauthorized use of third-party information.
Article 30 [Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights] any member who infringes the intellectual property rights of others will be punished in accordance with the rules for the protection of intellectual property rights of Kameymall.
Article 3 [Display of Contraband and Controlled Products] Members who issue contraband and controlled products will be punished in accordance with the Law Enforcement Action on Contraband Display.
Article 32 [Product Quality is Not Up to Standard] the products published and sold by members on Kameymall.com do not meet the product quality regulations, laws and technical standards of the country where the products are sold, or there are other serious quality problems in the products. Kameymall will monitor the product quality by accepting complaints, government announcements, active product information inspection, physical sampling and other means. And take control measures and punitive measures in accordance with the relevant provisions.
Article 33 [Illegal Trading Behavior] any member who violates these rules in trading activities will be punished in accordance with Kameymall.com trading rules.
Article 34 [Malicious Harassment] if any member harasses, insults or intimidates others by despicable means, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, Kameymall.com will take disciplinary measures such as warning, deduction of points, restriction or even closure of accounts, depending on the severity of the case.
Article 35 [Fraud] any member increases sales or transaction volume through malicious collusion, fraud and other improper means, obtains member points, matches business opportunities, allocates marketing resources, promotes stars or accumulates credit, cancels or withdraws relevant rights and interests, Kameymall has the right to take disciplinary measures such as warning, deducting points, restricting or even closing accounts according to the seriousness of the circumstances. For specific rules, please refer to the "punishment rules for false transactions", "member points rules on Kameymall.com" and so on.
Article 36 [Commercial Bribery] If a Member seeks or intends to gain any benefit, regardless of the actual benefit, from the staff, agents and/or associates of KMAC Mall by offering any valuable goods, gratuitously offered hospitality, loans, business opportunities or other improper means, Kameymall.com reserves the right to close all accounts (including related accounts) of members at its discretion. If the offending member truthfully and voluntarily declares and/or reports his/her bribery behavior, the mall may give him/her lighter punishment or mitigated punishment.
Article 37 [Dishonest Acts]
Any member fails to comply with the principle of good faith, to deceive, false advertising, malicious misleading, false and malicious default, unfair competition, members of the abuse of rights, fraud, intimidation and other illegal means to obtain interests or beat rivals, Kameymall has the right to depending on the seriousness to take punishment measures such as warning, penalised or even close the account, the resulting all losses shall be borne by the member.
If the member is suspected of one of the above acts, the mall has the right to immediately suspend the relevant services and investigate and verify by himself or through a third party, and the member shall actively cooperate with the investigation. If members refuse to cooperate with the investigation and verification, the mall has the right to terminate the relevant services unilaterally.
If a member who commits a trust-breaking act truthfully and voluntarily reports and/or reports his/her behavior, the Mall may give a lighter or mitigated punishment at its discretion.
Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions
Article 38 [Day] refers to any daily average in the calculation of the period, unless otherwise specified.
Article 39 [More Than and Less Than] The words “more than”number referred to in these rules includes the number itself, and the "less than" number does not include the number itself.
Article 40 [Effectiveness] These Rules shall come into force upon expiration of the time limit prescribed in the announcement.
"Kameymall.com" refers to the online platform for its global corporate members to provide cross-border trade, product information display, dealmaking, online transactions and other services, including the website (domain name: www.Kameymall.com) and its customers.
"User" means any user of the various services on Kameymall.com. Users do not need to register to view information on Kameymall.com.
“Member” refers to any User who has signed a registration service agreement with Kameymall.com and has completed the registration process, including natural persons, legal persons and unincorporated organizations. "Member" refers to any user who has signed a registration service agreement with Kameymall and completed the registration procedures, including natural person, legal person and unincorporated organization.
"Account" means any member's access to Kameymall.com, which is different from other members, and through which the member can access the services and other functions of Kameymall.com. The account information includes the user name, email, mobile phone number, password and other relevant information set by the user on Kameymall.com.
"Buyer" means any member who browses product information, publishes inquiry forms, or buys goods or services on Kameymall.com.
"Seller" means any member who posts business or product information on Kmae Mall and commits to selling or selling products. The Seller shall be a business operator duly registered and validly existing in accordance with the relevant laws of its locality.
"Mini website", which refers to a customized website, is one of the platforms for sellers to do business on Kameymall.com.
