If you have engaged in any of the following behaviors, as verified by KameyBank, your affiliate program feature and the right to earn revenue will be restricted:
1) Fraudulent behavior: Promoters using deception, false advertising, and other means to gain more promotional users and higher commissions, including but not limited to: exaggerating the platform's services or features to attract more users; order fabrication, promotional data manipulation; downloading unofficial clients; using emulators, plugins, hacks, and other illegal tools for scanning, downloading, installing, registering, logging in, gifting, receiving bonuses, and cashing out; registering multiple accounts; tampering with device data; malicious profiteering, and other disruptive behaviors; using plugins, hacks, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, damage, modify, or otherwise affect the platform in ways deemed improper by us;
2) Illegal activities: Promoters engaging in activities that violate laws, regulations, or platform rules during promotional activities, including but not limited to infringement, spreading rumors, disseminating violence, pornography, politically incendiary information, etc.;
3) Interfering with the platform's normal operations: Promoters using technical or other means to attack, damage, or disrupt the platform, or using promotional activities to conduct cyberattacks or spread viruses;

8) Violating contract terms: Promoters must not violate any terms of the affiliate program agreement, including but not limited to promotion rules, bonus acquisition processes, etc.
2. What are the consequences of my violations during promotion?
After verifying your violation, KameyBank will impose the following penalties based on the severity and rectification of the violation:
1) During the period when the affiliate program feature is disabled, you will not be able to obtain new promotional users, and the settlement of promotional commissions will be suspended;
2) For actions obtained through fraudulent behavior to gain promotional users and commissions, KameyBank will, upon verification, cancel the fraudulently obtained promotional users and reset the promotional commissions to zero, with no possibility of recovery;
3) For promoters who have committed multiple serious violations, KameyBank will permanently restrict the use of their affiliate program feature and close the appeal channel.
3. How can I resume the normal use of the affiliate program feature after I have stopped the violation?
If you have ceased the violation, please contact customer service to appeal. The official will review your rectification and, upon confirmation that there are no more violations, will restore the normal use of your affiliate program feature. If you do not take the initiative to rectify and appeal to customer service, the penalty of disabling the affiliate program feature will continue indefinitely.
