Shipment: When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 2-5 days once your payment is completed. Returns: We do our best to serve our customers that we can. Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt is eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions(unaltered, unworn, undamaged， come with all original tags）. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected that items and label are no problem, the refund will be processed to the previous payment account. Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number.
