- If your package is returned because it does not pass the domestic security check, we will contact you to confirm and we will resend it free of charge.
- If your parcel has been sent abroad but is returned due to "international security failure", "unsignedfor", "unknown address", "out of delivery " etc, you will be liable for the return fee.
- When a parcel arrives at a foreign customs office, it needs to be cleared, and customs will inspect it randomly. lf customs thinks the contents of your parcel are special, they'll probably ask the recipient for an invoice. When logistics sends the parcel back because of an unclear consignee address or fails to contact the consignee, the consignee is responsible for the relevant customs fees that result from the destruction.
Confiscation of Goods
We will verify the material of commodity and categories, but we cannot identify genuine, fake, imitation brand, related to intellectual property. All foreign brands, imitation brand, A commodity, etc., we cannot help you to purchase and we are also not responsible for customs clearance. If your items are judged to be imitation brand, fake, sensitive items and caused confiscated parcels, you need to take responsibility.

Notices of Receipt
- You should inspect the outer packaging and the sealed box before signing for the goods to make sure they are in good condition.
- If there are obvious signs of damage on the parcel, the recipient should inspect the parcel in front of the courier and sign for it or reject it.
- If the parcel is not signed in front of the postman and the parcel has damaged or broken, please keep the original package (and sealed). Invoice, actual photo and other related evidences would need to be provided for us within 2 working days after it is delivered, we will negotiate with the local post office for compensation.
- A signature signed on parcles means that the entire shipping process is complete, We cannot be held liable for anything after the signature has been made.
- Please give feedback to our hotline staff within 72 hours if you have any problems after you have signed for your order. lf it takes longer than 72 hours, we will not be able to process your case.
- The only compensation for loss, not damage, is involved in the case of fragile or breakable goods. Regardless of whether the packaging is reinforced.
- Dangerous and prohibited goods are not covered by compensation. For example compressed gases, compressed gases, fammable liquids, corrosive substances and other national contraband.
- The loss or expense caused by the natural loss, defect, characteristic, price increase or decrease of the goods is not included in the compensation.
- During the shipping, a total or partial loss caused by natural disasters, such as bad weather, lightning, tsunami, earthquake, and flood, is not included in the compensation.
- If the product expires, loses warranty, or gets delayed due to uncontrollable factors like weather and customs clearance, there will be no compensation.
- If your parcel is not delivered within the time promised by us due to your refusal to cooperate with customs (including but not limited to payment of customs duty), then you will be responsible for any losses or liabilities resulting from this. We will not be held responsible.
