It is the receiver's responsibility to inspect the parcel in front of the courier and either reject to accept or sign for a receipt if the parcel is broken or damaged.
It is important to keep the original package if the parcel is not signed in front of the courier and is damaged or broken. The invoice, actual photo, and other related evidence must be provided to us within two working days of the delivery. We will negotiate compensation with the local post office.
If there has been a quality issue after you have used the product for a while, as long as the warranty card is still valid, and you have the original proof of purchase and product quality assurance card, you may trust KameyMall-Agent. If you need a refund or exchange, we can assist you in contacting the Chinese mainland merchant.

The agent service provided by KameyMall-Agent is free of charge, but you need to cover the return shipping fee. KameyMall-Agent reserves the right to reject any commodity agent request not meeting the quality assurance criteria.
Please describe your problem in detail, and upload package photos, real commodities, photos, etc. Once KameyMall-Agent receives your request, we will to reply you back as soon as possible with solutions (including but not limited to refunds, returns, etc.).
In the event of any of the following circumstances, we will not accept the return of the product:
Goods have been replaced, changed, or missing pieces;
Goods are opened, e.g. CDs, DVDs, tapes, etc.;
No original proof of purchase;
For issues involving m, missing, damaged or defective goods, you will need to contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt. If this period expires, the request will no longer be accepted.
Photographic evidence needs to be provided in the following circumstances:
Damaged or heavily stained goods;
The size of the item received does not match the size you purchased, here you will need to upload a photo of the size tag of the item. If there is no item size label, it cannot be verified.
If the item you receive does not match the style of the item you purchased, you will need to take a photo of the whole product and upload it.
Missing items. You will first need to provide the order number of the missing item, then take and upload a picture of the item list, including the unpacked portion of the parcel, a photo, of the item and the parcel being weighed.
If you have received your parcel and find a problem with it, please take a photo of the parcel list and the contents of the parcel and provide the order number of one of the items received.
If the weight of the parcel you receive is incorrect: please open the parcel after weighing it and upload a picture of the weighing.
