2.1 Exercise method
2 people in a group, 2 people opposite each other, the practitioner sits on the back of each other's front feet after the body lying on the mat, knees bent at an angle of about 90 °beginners can put their hands against the sides of the body, when adapted or physical improvement, then you can straight arm up or hands crossed against the chest hands placed under both ears, you can also pinch the earlobes. 2.2 Exercise requirements
Practitioners sit on the back of each other's front feet and lie flat on the mat; the legs are naturally recovered and folded to an angle of less than 90°; the back should not be hunched and bent, the neck should not be stretched forward to touch the knees, the upper body should be driven close to the knees with the strength of the waist and abdomen; when lying down, do not be too fast or too hard to avoid straining the abdominal muscles; the waist and abdomen should be forced to rise to the front, the upper body should be folded until the elbows touch the knees; the hips should not be displaced during the exercise or leave the ground.
