Some Air Track Exercise (Part 2)

In the previous article, we made it clear that although the air track mat is versatile, its most useful point is that we can perform various exercises on the air track mat and it protects us from injury. In the last article I have shared two basic movements for beginners in gymnastics, namely the long jump, the side jump or the front and back jump.

The jump is a complement to the regular long jump and is suitable for those with a certain level of coordination and flexibility. The jump first requires us to jump up with our arms extended and then twist our hips from side to side in the air. The jump is also an effective calorie burner as it involves both the upper and lower body. Working both the upper and lower body at the same time gives us a more toned and coordinated body and a more refreshed look throughout.


Maximal jumping

If you are familiar with physics, you will understand that the mechanics of extreme jumping require us to jump as high as possible for the workout to be effective. If you get tired and need to rest, you should not just stand but do small jumps to help prepare your body for the next movement.
