In my last post, I already mentioned that I bought the air track mat and started exercising yoga. However, after a month, I found that my body shape had not really changed. Then, with the intention of giving it a try, so as not to waste the air track mat I had purchased, and thinking that yoga really doesn't take too much time, I stuck with it. Then, after some more time, I realised that my good fortune had come.
Once we had been practising yoga consistently for three months, I was amazed to find that I started to develop a certain amount of definition and flexibility in my body. Moreover, my own symptoms such as back pain and leg pain had improved nicely. I was instantly even more surprised, so I continued to stick with it, along with the air track mat.
After I had been doing it for six months, everyone around me felt that I had made a noticeable difference. My temperament had been greatly improved. And on the inside, I was more able to withstand things, more at peace with myself and able to face setbacks and ups and downs with a straight face.
A year later, my figure has changed a bit, becoming more faceted and curvaceous. My body has also become more supple.
