What Sports Can We Do On Air Tracks? (Part 1)

In the picture below, the most prominent scene is that of a lady doing a backflip on a long tumble track. Although the mat with its blue front and white border looks great overall, and the grass and trees around it are a beautiful natural sight. But the flips are really cool.

What is the air tumble track

The air tumble track pictured here is 4 metres long, 1 metre wide and 0.2 metres thick and is a relatively new, inflatable gymnastics mat. Its use is in fact similar to that of a traditional gymnastics mat, but it can be much more versatile than a gymnastics mat.
