Giant inflatable Ball For Funny Zorbing

Zorbing, this is basically sticking your head into a giant inflatable ball and playing human football. However, we often get asked by new members what it is and where it actually comes from, so we thought we'd elaborate a little!

What is zorbing

Zorbing' also known as 'globe' or 'zorb ball rolling' is when you roll down a hill, completely encased in a giant plastic robot. Usually this is on a gentle slope, but since it became popular it is usually done on a flat surface. This means that you have more control over the sphere, making it a more fun ride. Some facilities even have inflatable, wooden or metal ramps that can be moved and changed to suit your preferences. If you don't feel up to trying it yourself, you can opt for the unbuckled sphere, which can carry up to three people as it zips down the ramp.

Over the years, zorbing has seen many changes. Assault courses have been designed, water zorbing has been tested and launched, and the 'human football' has been discovered. This is a personal favourite of mine, instead of being completely encased in a zorb ball, it's just your upper body, leaving your waist and legs behind. You are then split into groups and run around the pitch, bumping into each other. What's not to like about it?

Does it have any benefits

The main benefit of playing Zorbing is that it's great fun! You'll be giggling the whole time. You'll be giggling and laughing so hard your sides hurt the whole time, while running around and bouncing like a maniac. To me, this sounds like a normal Friday night.
