This exercise focuses on the technical aspects of the stirrups, the turn of the body and the exploration of the shoulders.

Step 4: Stand the mat upright on the front and dribble the ball in situ in an upward direction. Requirements: stand the mat facing the practitioner upright on the ground, the practitioner stands behind the mat with both feet open and parallel to the mat at the same width, first move the centre of gravity to the right side, after dribbling the ball low in situ twice, suddenly press the right rear top of the ball, so that the ball bounces to the front through the right side of the front of one's body, while the right foot steps out to the upper left corner of the mat, dribbling the ball low in situ with the left hand three times and shouting "right right low low low ".
