In this lesson, I used a lot of replication exercises to help students experience the process of moving from stirrups to handstands, and was able to complete the learning objectives.
The difference between the forward roll and the forward roll is the difference in distance, and the fact that the feet are as straight as possible when stomping on the ground, which I did not emphasize in the lesson. The content of my lesson is the horizontal five fish leap forward tumbling, I have seldom come across gymnastic materials before, and this time I came across such a challenging material. However, after a week of preparation, I feel that I have made great progress, from being completely confused at the beginning to being able to present the lesson in a relatively clear manner today. Of course, looking back on the whole lesson, I still have some shortcomings.
The language used in the lesson was not refined and fluent enough, and there were a number of irregularities in the language used.
In the process of teaching, I was too cumbersome and should have focused on refining the main points of the movements, being concise and speaking less and practicing more.

This lesson was shown in the form of a video recording, but the viewing experience was not very good, one of which was the poor sound recording and the camera angle could have been better chosen. I hope to optimize the above issues in the next demonstration lesson so that I can improve again from Kameymall.
