Can you recognise what the giant bubble ball in the picture is? Its name is zorb ball and it really looks like a giant bubble balloon. When we wear this giant sphere on our bodies we can do a lot of things. For example, you can bump into each other with other people and use it as a bumper ball. Or, you can experience the sensation of rolling around on the ground, in which the bubble ball ensures that you do not come into direct contact with the hard ground.

Bubble football is obviously a game where you each play a game of football wearing a human hamster ball. In our last article, we have shared some useful tips for playing Bubble Soccer and today, we will continue to share them with you.

Rolling at will

With everyone charging at each other and flying tackles being the standard action, another important bubble football skill is the ability to roll. You'll get caught by your opponent, you'll fall over, in fact probably more than once, and it's all part of the fun! There is no escaping this. Once you've been tackled and find yourself bouncing around the pitch, it's important to get back into the game as quickly as possible. The bubble ball is specially designed to protect your head and upper body, with straps to hold you securely inside. So, when you find yourself flipping and rolling, following it will get you back into your position much quicker. After this, you simply reorient yourself as quickly as possible and then pick yourself and your bubble up and get back to the task at hand; smashing the ball at any player wearing the bubble.

Defending

Bubble football is super fun and positive and it's easy to get lost in the laughter, but if you really want to win it's important not to forget the tactics that are essential in a normal game of football. Although most bubble football games don't have a goalkeeper rule, that doesn't mean you have to give up all hope of preventing a goal. Depending on the number of players on your team, assigning one or two players to defensive positions can really help to secure a win. While we can't explain the fact that people will break position and make a mad dash for the goal on a whim, who can blame them?
